SOS Geek Tech installed Microsoft 10… SOS Geek Tech installed Microsoft 10 Pro on my PC. They first serviced it because I have a service contact and they cleaned it up and removed all useless ads, cookies, websites, etc. that were slowing down my PC. Now my PC is working very fast. I am very pleased!!!

Don't respond when you get an email invoice from Geek Squad saying they are deducted $500 from you account. It took way too long to get a response, however, once I did he was very responsive. Don't delude people into thinking they have a 1 minute wait time when you mean 45 minutes and still waiting. I was scammed by Geek Squad people from india. They were able to access my computer and all my accounts and overdrew all of them. When I did finally get someone he was great but I hope they use this as a service to their customers especially the 'mature' folks.

My computer screen was completely black… My computer screen was completely black and would not show my desktop. Kevin was my technician and he worked on my laptop doing all the necessary updates. I love having the ability to contact Geek Techs Pro for help. I believe I have worked with Kevin before and he did an excellent job, He is especially patient with me understanding what he was doing on my laptop. Several tech companies have attempted to scam me. But I know GTP is there to help me. I also learned they are able to connect my tv to the wall which is will be awesome! Thank you, Kevin!
