Could not have had a better experience Could not have had a better experience. His description of problem was exactly what my HomePod demonstrated. He fixed same evening he received, and was on its way back the very next day. He even live streamed repair while I was asleep ( he’s on opposite coast ). Great communication. 5 stars 🌟, or gold star, or an ata boy. It was great.

Ghosted! Poor communication. Update: Nic apologized to me profusely and I understand that he is busy. I am going to proceed with having him repair the HomePod given his sincerity and candor and how apologetic and honest he was. Did not reply to my emails after the initial quite reasonable offer to repair my bricked HomePod. Poor communication, I am glad I didn’t just blindly send it to him since emails have gone days without a response. Most disappointing, I was hopeful that my HomePod would be resurrected but as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it often is. Not saying he doesn’t do great work or not because I never got that far. He simply did not respond to my emails which made me very leery to just ship off my device to him.
