Fix it, don't toss it! What can I say? My HomePod was wasn't working. I sent it to Nic and it came back fully functional for under $90, including shipping both ways. Turn-around was fast, and being able to see it repaired live was a bonus. I recommend without reservation sending him your pod rather than tossing it.

Ghosted! Poor communication. Update: Nic apologized to me profusely and I understand that he is busy. I am going to proceed with having him repair the HomePod given his sincerity and candor and how apologetic and honest he was. Did not reply to my emails after the initial quite reasonable offer to repair my bricked HomePod. Poor communication, I am glad I didn’t just blindly send it to him since emails have gone days without a response. Most disappointing, I was hopeful that my HomePod would be resurrected but as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it often is. Not saying he doesn’t do great work or not because I never got that far. He simply did not respond to my emails which made me very leery to just ship off my device to him.

Revived my HomePod from death Was so happy to find Nic's services online to repair my HomePod. He had tons of tips from how to repair a specific issue to even how to save a couple bucks with shipping. The best part of the experience was seeing the repair happen in real time on stream. High praise!

This was one of the better online… This was one of the better online experiences I have had: busted Homepod, searched how to fix and Nic's videos came on, sent speaker to him and watched while he fix in real time. Very cool. The speaker returned a few days later and works flawlessly. Nic was professional and made the entire process easy. Excellent communication the entire time, I would definately recommend. I hope he is able to grow his channel.
