Nic fixed my HomePod in less than a week!!! One of my HomePods got fried during a blackout courtesy of Hurricane Ian, and when I thought I had to buy another used one, I came across Nic's website. Nic 1, Apple 0 All Apple offered me after a 45 minute one way journey to visit a “Genius” was $20 off a NIB 1st Gen HomePod they must have gathering dust in a warehouse. “Sorry, we don’t do repairs here at this trillion dollar company.” Nic, on the other hand offered me a multi-year life extension of a great product that needed $2 of parts replaced for a fantastic repair cost with turnaround time Apple could never muster. 5/5. 10/10.
