Magic Incredible. Took my HomePod and made it like new again. Very professional and what he does is magic. I waited a few months to write my review, just to make sure the fix has persisted and I could not be happier.

Professional Level of Work Great work, professional service. Nic's repair fixed my HomePod perfectly. I am a hardware EE and I greatly appreciated the extensive knowledge of homepods Nic possesses. The component & circuit level analysis Nic provides on his site is quite impressive and better than what I've seen some in actual hardware design reviews.

Nic 1, Apple 0 All Apple offered me after a 45 minute one way journey to visit a “Genius” was $20 off a NIB 1st Gen HomePod they must have gathering dust in a warehouse. “Sorry, we don’t do repairs here at this trillion dollar company.” Nic, on the other hand offered me a multi-year life extension of a great product that needed $2 of parts replaced for a fantastic repair cost with turnaround time Apple could never muster. 5/5. 10/10. All the Stars.

Can’t Recommend Nic’s HomePod Repair Service Enough I highly recommend Nic’s HomePod repair service. He’s fast, inexpensive, and transparent with his work. After shipping my HomePod to Nic, he repaired it on the day he received it and shipped it back the next day. It was very gratifying watching Nic fix my HomePod in realtime and see it actually working again on the stream. I wish more repair services handled their business as Nic does.

This was one of the better online… This was one of the better online experiences I have had: busted Homepod, searched how to fix and Nic's videos came on, sent speaker to him and watched while he fix in real time. Very cool. The speaker returned a few days later and works flawlessly. Nic was professional and made the entire process easy. Excellent communication the entire time, I would definately recommend. I hope he is able to grow his channel.
