GBThis company is a ripoff This company is a ripoff. Customer service agents are quick to rush you off the phone, always fast talking( I guess so they can get back to doing nothing at home). Slow response time for the Indigent program. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to hear anything in response to my financial hardship affidavit. I know when I’m getting the run around and this company is definitely doing a good job at doing that. I cannot wait to get this interlock out of my vehicle, it has become more of a headache than anything good.

GBDevice fell while driving I've had issues with the current device mount in the air vent not staying in place. I placed the device in the passenger seat and it went flying into the floorboard while braking and turning earlier today. It immediately sounded the alarm and stated "program violation" due to "abuse". I called to make sure I wasn't in trouble and was assured that enough force causes that message and not to worry because it showed no error message. Was unsettling when it happened so I called Monitech. Ellie Cepero eased my mind by assisting me and letting me know not to worry that it's not a violation. She was very polite and easy to talk to. Thanks again Ellie.

GBFirst time Spoke with Tawanda R., Overall this was a positive experience. She was very professional & thorough. I wanted to get info on what I needed to get install and she also advised on Promo for free install so I ended up making an appointment. She explained to me (and sent me text) of how this device works - what not to do to trigger the lock (like food-sugars-turns into alcohol-triggers lockout) things I hadn’t thought about. Process was pleasant and quick, she set up my profile and appointment. Thanks for all your assistance Towanda. Would recommend.

GBI have had it show a 6016 trouble code… I have had it show a 6016 trouble code twice in 3 days and 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Which it doesn't cost to get that code cleared but it's a problem haven't to wait on it to go through all that Talking Everytime you start your car, now I have to make an extra 30 min drive to monitec to see if they can figure out what's causing it. And as everyone says when you call you either usually have to wait a LONG TIME or get their VM. I usually wait until after midnight before I call and usually get someone fairly quickly. I know I've tried pushing 8 to where you won't lose your spot in line and they'll "call you back" 🤣 LMAO Tried probably 8-10 times have never gotten a call back. They have several False Advertisements.

GBThe customer service agent Tawana was… The customer service agent Tawana was great ! Very knowledgeable and I feel even more comfortable having this device installed on my vehicle .
