GBTowanna Towanna was very patient when I had multiple questions. She didn't mind when I recapped more than once or when I reached out with additional questions. Now let's hope we don't have all the car issues mentioned in other reviews.

GBI have had it show a 6016 trouble code… I have had it show a 6016 trouble code twice in 3 days and 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Which it doesn't cost to get that code cleared but it's a problem haven't to wait on it to go through all that Talking Everytime you start your car, now I have to make an extra 30 min drive to monitec to see if they can figure out what's causing it. And as everyone says when you call you either usually have to wait a LONG TIME or get their VM. I usually wait until after midnight before I call and usually get someone fairly quickly. I know I've tried pushing 8 to where you won't lose your spot in line and they'll "call you back" 🤣 LMAO Tried probably 8-10 times have never gotten a call back. They have several False Advertisements.

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. The equipment constantly gives false reads in which you have to pay $45 every time to clear. Like how did I fail and seconds later pass but still the $45 is required. Then here I am now needing to go in for the 2 month check and the agent scheduled me for a location that was closed so of course I had to pay $45 again even tho I showed up with no one there. Spoke to another agent same day to avoid my car getting locked again as I do have a job scheduled another appt and of course the car was locked!!! This is completely unacceptable and truly unconstitutional. I will be removing it and going with another company at my next appointment for sure. I have had 2 out of 10 decent experiences with agents all others were remedial.
