GBThis company is a ripoff This company is a ripoff. Customer service agents are quick to rush you off the phone, always fast talking( I guess so they can get back to doing nothing at home). Slow response time for the Indigent program. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to hear anything in response to my financial hardship affidavit. I know when I’m getting the run around and this company is definitely doing a good job at doing that. I cannot wait to get this interlock out of my vehicle, it has become more of a headache than anything good.

GBFirst time Spoke with Tawanda R., Overall this was a positive experience. She was very professional & thorough. I wanted to get info on what I needed to get install and she also advised on Promo for free install so I ended up making an appointment. She explained to me (and sent me text) of how this device works - what not to do to trigger the lock (like food-sugars-turns into alcohol-triggers lockout) things I hadn’t thought about. Process was pleasant and quick, she set up my profile and appointment. Thanks for all your assistance Towanda. Would recommend.

GBTawanda Rozier = Excellent Customer Service Tawanda Rozier has been very helpful and responsive. She is very pleasant to work with, and you can tell she cares about her customers deeply. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days, she's excellent. I highly recommend Monitech, mostly due to the interaction I've had with Tawanda.

GBMy experience with Tawanda Rozier was… My experience with Tawanda Rozier was absolutely amazing! This is is definitely not an easy step to make and she made the starting process so warming :) Ms Tawanda did not know me not one bit and i just want her to know that she is the true definition of treating people with kindness because you never know what ppl are going through and just words would make someones day all better! We need more customer service like her!!
