GBMy experience with Tawanda Rozier was… My experience with Tawanda Rozier was absolutely amazing! This is is definitely not an easy step to make and she made the starting process so warming :) Ms Tawanda did not know me not one bit and i just want her to know that she is the true definition of treating people with kindness because you never know what ppl are going through and just words would make someones day all better! We need more customer service like her!!

GBI have had it show a 6016 trouble code… I have had it show a 6016 trouble code twice in 3 days and 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Which it doesn't cost to get that code cleared but it's a problem haven't to wait on it to go through all that Talking Everytime you start your car, now I have to make an extra 30 min drive to monitec to see if they can figure out what's causing it. And as everyone says when you call you either usually have to wait a LONG TIME or get their VM. I usually wait until after midnight before I call and usually get someone fairly quickly. I know I've tried pushing 8 to where you won't lose your spot in line and they'll "call you back" 🤣 LMAO Tried probably 8-10 times have never gotten a call back. They have several False Advertisements.

GBGood luck calling after 10am Good luck calling after 10am. I’m having my car worked on and with the monitech device getting the code for the mechanic has been a nightmare. It’s been 7 days sitting at the dealership with no response. The dealership said it’s not the first time they have had to deal with this company incompetence. I made a mistake getting my dui but my second was going the cheap route with monitech

GB100% accurate my a$$ 100% accurate my a$$. It's cheaper and less of a headache to just pay the ticket. Not worth a damn, is being generous. Tawanna is an absolute reee tarred.
