GBI have had it show a 6016 trouble code… I have had it show a 6016 trouble code twice in 3 days and 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Which it doesn't cost to get that code cleared but it's a problem haven't to wait on it to go through all that Talking Everytime you start your car, now I have to make an extra 30 min drive to monitec to see if they can figure out what's causing it. And as everyone says when you call you either usually have to wait a LONG TIME or get their VM. I usually wait until after midnight before I call and usually get someone fairly quickly. I know I've tried pushing 8 to where you won't lose your spot in line and they'll "call you back" 🤣 LMAO Tried probably 8-10 times have never gotten a call back. They have several False Advertisements.

GBGreat customer service creates continual customers and referrals! I spoke with Tawanda Rozier, she has excellent customer service skills. She did a fantastic job handling my need. I highly recommend working with her. I probably would have called around for more quotes if her service was anything below excellent. And it was excellent! Thank you for making this unnerving circumstance that much more bearable!

GBThis company is a ripoff This company is a ripoff. Customer service agents are quick to rush you off the phone, always fast talking( I guess so they can get back to doing nothing at home). Slow response time for the Indigent program. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to hear anything in response to my financial hardship affidavit. I know when I’m getting the run around and this company is definitely doing a good job at doing that. I cannot wait to get this interlock out of my vehicle, it has become more of a headache than anything good.
