This is my third day contacting… This is my third day contacting Monitech and I have not recieved a response yet. I haven't been able to move my vehicle in 4 days. Even when they ask for giving a call back pressing 8 doesn't work and they just talking and playing elevator music. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Also, this is not the first time this has happened. I can't wait to be done with this!!

Device fell while driving I've had issues with the current device mount in the air vent not staying in place. I placed the device in the passenger seat and it went flying into the floorboard while braking and turning earlier today. It immediately sounded the alarm and stated "program violation" due to "abuse". I called to make sure I wasn't in trouble and was assured that enough force causes that message and not to worry because it showed no error message. Was unsettling when it happened so I called Monitech. Ellie Cepero eased my mind by assisting me and letting me know not to worry that it's not a violation. She was very polite and easy to talk to. Thanks again Ellie.

Good luck calling after 10am Good luck calling after 10am. I’m having my car worked on and with the monitech device getting the code for the mechanic has been a nightmare. It’s been 7 days sitting at the dealership with no response. The dealership said it’s not the first time they have had to deal with this company incompetence. I made a mistake getting my dui but my second was going the cheap route with monitech
