Stopped recording automatically My meeting was 10min late and the recording was crucial. Without notifying me, Otter removed itself because it was "too quiet" and ended up not recording one of the best meetings of my life, WHICH I NEEDED RECORDED. Honestly, what am I even paying for. 10min late start, everything gone, no way to know it wasn't working.

New plans are restrictive and no human customer services. They changed the pricing plan which I did not see as I was away. Then billed for a year. The AI customer service bot says it is non-refundable and I cannot speak with a human. The package is not suited to my needs. I was disappointed with the accuracy levels and as I am 2 weeks past the renewal date I should be able to get a refund and cancel the subscription.

Otter.ai is clutch for client meetings I've found Otter.ai to be such a valuable tool to have listening to all my meetings. I'll then use the chat feature to summarize notes for both myself, as well as my clients, and use it to create action "to do" lists following from what was discussed during the meeting. I find I now have to take less notes myself during the meeting and I can focus more on the client engagement.

Use Otter.ai if you’re in uni Otter is a really straightforward site, and this made uploading my audio files and receiving my transcription very easy. I had to listen to 3x30min podcast episodes for an assignment and Otter.ai significantly cut down my planning, drafting and writing time. Have already recommended to friends and family. Quick review of what you missed I used otter.ai to record a coaching session with a coachee. After the session is uploaded I will be able to check out what other questions I could have asked but did not. It reminded me the areas I should look into for future sessions.
