Great product - saved so much time! Used Otter.ai to transcribe interviews for research. Cut the time spent transcribing by more than half. Generally very accurate. Have recommended to friends and would use again. Best feature is where you can click on a word in the transcription and the audio will play from there. I love Otter.ai I love Otter.ai! I just found out about it recently. I have been using it for a month now and it has been really great help, especially during long Senate/Congress meetings. Taking notes in meetings didn't look so grueling any more with this tool. I also like their upload feature, where you can upload video or audio file, which it will transcribe. Happy - I am very happy for subscribing It is, indeed, a great tool.
