AUGreat product - saved so much time! Used Otter.ai to transcribe interviews for research. Cut the time spent transcribing by more than half. Generally very accurate. Have recommended to friends and would use again. Best feature is where you can click on a word in the transcription and the audio will play from there. PTHappy - I am very happy for subscribing It is, indeed, a great tool. It saves time, it helps organize ideas, prioritise tasks, prepare emails and, overall, make one's day much more productive, when trying to survive multiple meetings, decisions and even languages. The new AI tool works wonderfully. I consider it money very well spent/invested.

GBI canceled my service after the trial… I canceled my service after the trial and have been charged ever since. There is no customer service number, they say to cancel I have to sign in but to sign in I have to allow them to have access to my google contacts and schedule and there is no way to get around that. So, in order for me to try to get a refund of the past year's charges, I have to exchange my calendar info and my contacts? Talk about invasion of privacy.

GBThis app is designed originally to sole… This app is very sneaky. It is designed to stole your data. It was installed into my computer without my intention, right after a meeting and spread through someone's email showing the recored of the meeting. It is without sender's intention nor notice either. After that it goes to all my meetings and send record to all my meeting attendees. I spent lots lot time still can't figure out how to delete it. It is terrible. It is by default going to all your meetings and stole all your conversation, data, image and video... If you don't want these terrible experience and don't want to lose your data. don't touch it. Finally I tried to delete it by log in their website. but still don't know if it is successful. Awful thief!!!!

GBbest stenographer ever We are talking total automation! Link to your calendar, have your meeting, notes are organized and ready to recap in an email followup, done. This could be used as a training opportunity as well; comparing otter's notes to staff notes. Clarifies hearing vs listening.
