GBSolid and Useful Transcription We love using Otter.ai to record and transcribe verbal exchanges in Zoom and IRL meetings. The ability to go back and tidy up the transcription and match it to voices is great. It is definitely the best transcription software we have tried. We run a meditation coaching business, so having clear and usable text to hand off to clients is critical to success!

GBbest stenographer ever We are talking total automation! Link to your calendar, have your meeting, notes are organized and ready to recap in an email followup, done. This could be used as a training opportunity as well; comparing otter's notes to staff notes. Clarifies hearing vs listening.

CAI absolutely recommend I find the note-taking tool to be very useful. The meeting scheduling (using my Google calendar), summarizing, listing key points and how easy it is to share meeting notes with others is top-notch. I can fully focus during meetings because I can always return to Otter to get key points from my meetings. And yes, this review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter. I haven't given 5 stars here simply because the AI still mixes up speakers sometimes but I know it will get better with advancements.

PHI love Otter.ai I love Otter.ai! I just found out about it recently. I have been using it for a month now and it has been really great help, especially during long Senate/Congress meetings. Taking notes in meetings didn't look so grueling any more with this tool. I also like their upload feature, where you can upload video or audio file, which it will transcribe. I would also like to disclose that I am writing this honest review as part of Otter's promotion.

NZStopped recording automatically My meeting was 10min late and the recording was crucial. Without notifying me, Otter removed itself because it was "too quiet" and ended up not recording one of the best meetings of my life, WHICH I NEEDED RECORDED. Honestly, what am I even paying for. 10min late start, everything gone, no way to know it wasn't working.
