Great product - saved so much time! Used Otter.ai to transcribe interviews for research. Cut the time spent transcribing by more than half. Generally very accurate. Have recommended to friends and would use again. Best feature is where you can click on a word in the transcription and the audio will play from there. Otter.ai is clutch for client meetings I've found Otter.ai to be such a valuable tool to have listening to all my meetings. I'll then use the chat feature to summarize notes for both myself, as well as my clients, and use it to create action "to do" lists following from what was discussed during the meeting. I find I now have to take less notes myself during the meeting and I can focus more on the client engagement.

It saves time, it helps organize ideas, prioritise tasks, prepare emails and, overall, make one's day much more productive, when trying to survive multiple meetings, decisions and even languages.
