Without notifying me, Otter removed itself because it was "too quiet" and ended up not recording one of the best meetings of my life, WHICH I NEEDED RECORDED. Otter.ai is clutch for client meetings I've found Otter.ai to be such a valuable tool to have listening to all my meetings. I'll then use the chat feature to summarize notes for both myself, as well as my clients, and use it to create action "to do" lists following from what was discussed during the meeting. I find I now have to take less notes myself during the meeting and I can focus more on the client engagement.
