Otter.ai is clutch for client meetings I've found Otter.ai to be such a valuable tool to have listening to all my meetings. I'll then use the chat feature to summarize notes for both myself, as well as my clients, and use it to create action "to do" lists following from what was discussed during the meeting. I find I now have to take less notes myself during the meeting and I can focus more on the client engagement.

New plans are restrictive and no human customer services. They changed the pricing plan which I did not see as I was away. Then billed for a year. I was disappointed with the accuracy levels and as I am 2 weeks past the renewal date I should be able to get a refund and cancel the subscription.

There is no customer service number, they say to cancel I have to sign in but to sign in I have to allow them to have access to my google contacts and schedule and there is no way to get around that. So, in order for me to try to get a refund of the past year's charges, I have to exchange my calendar info and my contacts? Talk about invasion of privacy.
