PHI love Otter.ai I love Otter.ai! I just found out about it recently. I have been using it for a month now and it has been really great help, especially during long Senate/Congress meetings. Taking notes in meetings didn't look so grueling any more with this tool. I also like their upload feature, where you can upload video or audio file, which it will transcribe. I would also like to disclose that I am writing this honest review as part of Otter's promotion.

USI canceled my service after the trial… I canceled my service after the trial and have been charged ever since. There is no customer service number, they say to cancel I have to sign in but to sign in I have to allow them to have access to my google contacts and schedule and there is no way to get around that. So, in order for me to try to get a refund of the past year's charges, I have to exchange my calendar info and my contacts? Talk about invasion of privacy.

SGQuick review of what you missed I used otter.ai to record a coaching session with a coachee. After the session is uploaded I will be able to check out what other questions I could have asked but did not. It reminded me the areas I should look into for future sessions. This is important as I am still trying to improve my coaching skills for the ICF certification.

DEOtter.ai is clutch for client meetings I've found Otter.ai to be such a valuable tool to have listening to all my meetings. I'll then use the chat feature to summarize notes for both myself, as well as my clients, and use it to create action "to do" lists following from what was discussed during the meeting. I find I now have to take less notes myself during the meeting and I can focus more on the client engagement.

USbest stenographer ever We are talking total automation! Link to your calendar, have your meeting, notes are organized and ready to recap in an email followup, done. This could be used as a training opportunity as well; comparing otter's notes to staff notes. Clarifies hearing vs listening.
