No payment, no communication Shipped iPhone14 Pro to this business after getting the quote and shipping label online on 9/25 and delivered on 9/27. Haven't received payment (it's already 10/10). I have tried reaching out through their website contact form but no replies. No one picks up the phone listed on the website either. Website mentions this for the timeline : "Once a technician gives the all-clear, your payment goes out the same business day or the next day." I am guessing they don't define when does the technician get to look at the device after delivery. I am not even sure if this is legitimate business anymore.
