GBGizmogrind - you definitely get "ground" - I'm not convinced it's a legitimate business. I have recently sent GizmoGrind a phone which they received almost two weeks ago. They have not assessed the phone or paid for it as yet. They also have not responded to any of my emails asking what is going on. The toll free number provided doesn't ring. But, they already have the phone as they have to "assess" it and their offer expires tomorrow. After which, I expect I will never hear from them again. Do not bother. Give your electronics to a charity before this joke of a business. The process was pretty straightforward in the beginning - good actually, but they are dragging their feet and not answering emails (and now not answering on their phone number). Why do businesses think that this kind of customer service is worthy of a pass? Anyone with a bad experience with them please post. This was posted and inside of an hour they fulfilled their obligations. No call or email of course. For those who might doubt that Trustpilot doesn't influence, it does. I'd still never use them again. And, my money goes to a charity because of this experience with them.

CAGood payout, slow service… Online process was super easy and the estimate I got was higher than other places. Shipping was easy. They had my phone for a while before I got paid, and I had to check in twice, but the money eventually came and it was the amount I was quoted, no downgrading after inspection.

CALegitimate Business For Selling Your Electronics I sent in my iPad mini 6 in through UPS courier shipment and it arrived within two days. Next step was the inspection of the device which took some time ( around a week and a half because I sent in my device during a high volume period). All steps were tracked through the website on the account. The money for the trade in was sent by etransfer after inspection was completed. Overall there was good communication from the business through phone calls.
