Next step was the inspection of the device which took some time ( around a week and a half because I sent in my device during a high volume period). All steps were tracked through the website on the account. The money for the trade in was sent by etransfer after inspection was completed. Overall there was good communication from the business through phone calls.

I’ve been dealing with them for years now and I’ve never had such a bad experience I wouldn’t use them for this anymore I’m starting to doubt they’re legit anymore. Wouldn’t recommend.
