2 year old refrigerator no longer… 2 year old refrigerator no longer cooling. 1 full month to get a repair to the house. Rescheduled 3 times still not fixed. Avoid LG. Their motto of life's good only reflects their ability to take your money and provide junk appliances in return

Dylan Is An Outstanding Repairman Dylan was scheduled to stop by tomorrow, but because he was in the area and ahead of schedule he called to see if we were available - you bet we were! He had the troubleshooting done quickly, explained the issue and estimated repair time. Dylan got our refrigerator working again. He's outstanding!

Terrible Technician and Terrible Service Filed a claim with Lowes regarding a Hisense Refrigerator and this company was chose n by Lowes to service the unit. Technician called at 11:45pm to notify me he would be here in 25 minutes. My window was 2-6pm. Fortunately, I left work early today otherwise I would not have been able to meet with technician (I teach public school). My husband is disabled and is not able to move about easily, so it was necessary for me to be here. The technician entered the home, took a picture of the serial number and model number, peeked behind the refrigerator and told me it wasn't working due to a roach infestation. He didn't even pull the unit from the wall. He could not show me where the infestation had caused the problem. He had no proof of an "infestation" other than the droppings he supposedly saw when he peeked behind the unit. He then informed me that "he wasn't touching this" and said he was going to let the warranty company know. How a technician make this judgement without even pulling out the unit to look at it.

All from twitter except my last statement!! @LGUSSupport Johnny V., 818 xxx-xxxx, xxxxx Abella St. CA 91214, , Model # LGWT5270CW, SN # 511PNXXXXXX, Purchased 1-29-2016. I am notifying LG on the behalf of my daughter Lisa Dxxxxxxx.The washer literally stopped working after 4 years. ---------------------------------------------------------- I Ordered new pulsator, screw, cap and washer. The total for parts, tax and shipping to $133.59. We have the parts receipt and purchase invoice. We hope that LG will stand behind their products and reputation and refund said amount, regards! ----------------------------------------------------------- @V, Johnny As an aside, we understand this LG washer is not covered by your standard warranty however this LG washer was a extremely high end priced model with the expectation it would work trouble free a period of time not just 4 years and then breakdown. ---------------------------------------------------------- Hi, J.
