GBHorrible, scary, and very disappointing experience with LG repairs person. I bought an extended warranty and when the LG repair appliance person came, he was rude, kicked my laundry room door, AND did not repair anything. And on top of that, the technician was upset with me because I DID NOT ORDER THE MISSING PARTS, haww?!!! Isn't that his job? LG had me waiting 3 times on scheduled appointments. No one came, no one called, they wasted my time 4 hours each time, waiting for someone who never came. It took a couple of hours each time setting up the repair appointment. Finally, I had to pay for my own repair, and what I paid for the extended warranty was not refunded. !!!! I will never in my life buy an LG product.

GBPainful experience to schedule service...painful Refrigerator failure second time in one year. Compressor replaced first time. The worst part is phone reps for LG. Difficult to understand at times, sound like they are reading from cue cards, the second one I was transferred to was actually in the Phillipines. Each rep asking same questions I previously answered. Food thawing, water all over floor, making loud noise like a lawn mower, but let's troubleshoot the ice maker, in broken English. Then they sent me an app to identify the type of sound fridge was making (which I refused to use)-I just wanted a repair person to come out and assess and fix asap, happy to pay. Geesh, ready to drink heavily after this experience. Will absolutely stay away from LG in the future, guaranteed.

GB2 year old refrigerator no longer… 2 year old refrigerator no longer cooling. 1 full month to get a repair to the house. Rescheduled 3 times still not fixed. Avoid LG. Their motto of life's good only reflects their ability to take your money and provide junk appliances in return

GBWould give zero or below if possible Would give zero or below if possible. Original LG fridge was so bad Sears replaced completely after years of multiple service calls per year. Have had LG replacement for less than 5 years and it had never been reliable. I was resigned to never having in-door water and ice, but then freezer and fridge quit working at the end of Sept 2021, with $2000 worth of my husbands insulin being stored in it. Multiple calls, us ordering the parts and having them shipped to our house so we were sure they’d be ready for the technician has left us with a tentative repair date of DECEMBER 14!! Completely unacceptable. Never buy LG or any appliance that A&E services.

GBTerrible customer and repair service Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had. After a month of wrong parts and multiple reschedules I will no longer purchase LG appliances after this. And I will NEVER recommended LG products.
