GBI opted for the standard shipping(5 to… I opted for the standard shipping(5 to 15 biz days) @ checkout and was delighted to receive my parcel from our local Royal Mail chap 6-7 days after placing my order. The toys I ordered have been a real pleasure. Maintenance is straightforward and eazy.Both the billing and shipping were discreet. No need to interact with customer service but I'm confident it would've been a breeze judging by what i read. Great job!

GBWhile I am still awaiting my final item… While I am still awaiting my final item almost a month to day day after ordering the items that have arrived have been high quality and exciting. I am a bit disappointed in the total time spent waiting for my last item. It was a bit of an over site on my part as I filtered items by “in stock” and didn’t notice some were made to order. Again the quality of the products have been awesome, I wish shipment times/manufacturing times were a little faster as the anticipation has grown to a bit of frustration.

GBIn the UK we're certainly not short of… In the UK we're certainly not short of retailers, yet there are certain, shall we say, niche items that seem to be somewhat elussive on this side of the ponds. It's for this reason that I find myself once again patronising thedildohub following a rather delightful experience some months prior. My inagural order was delivered in impeccable condition, courtesy of FedEx, and rather impressively, it arrived a full week erlier than anticipated. Such punctuality is impossible to overlook. The packaging was the epitome of discretion, and the products themselves? Utterly splendid. Now, I'm looking forward to receiving my new order with them.

AUwrong lubes i got all the toys and other accessories correct, but when it came to the lubes, NONE were what i asked for. i really wanted Intimate Earth Caramel, but instead i got some other random company's vanilla. i've been searching the sites for Intimate Earth Caramel, and when i find it with you guys, i ordered for 3, and still got none. why advertise what you dont even supply? after writing this review and getting feedback from the owners with clarification, i've bumped the stars to 3. still, i would much rather a late order with all the items ordered over half of the stuff being wrong and "compensated"
