GBPoor service, don't honor warranty. Purchase several guns from them over the years but on their Walther P38 I only had it 3 weeks until it malfunctioned Mailed it by Fedex certified delivery back to them with service form included and no response. E-mailed several times and no response. Had confirmation of delivery so know they received it but no communication and gun never returned. Will keep trying but if they want to play that game I am going to start posting reviews on Youtube warning potential buyers .

GBBb guns shoot low, but I'm still happy. The only complaint i have is the bb guns shoot way low. But company ship time was great, packaged in perfect condition. Will and have recommended to others.

GBReturn Update I'm still in limbo regarding my return of product which did not work. To date not impressed with this company's communication skills. What part of "return of product" do you NOT understand? Forms have been filled out and mailed with item. Also $12.45 of postage on my part. Your reply just confirms my comment regarding communication.
