USI purchased Umarex Fusion 2 .177 pellet… I purchased Umarex Fusion 2 .177 pellet rifle from Amazon. Not long after, the cylinder that held two 12 gm CO2 cartridge became jammed or cross threaded. The gun no longer held a seal. I thought for sure I had just thrown away $150 as it had been over four months since I purchased it. Taking a chance, I wrote Umarex customer service informing them of my problem with the Fusion2. I received a very pleasant reply. Umarex paid to have my gun shipped to their service center in Arkansas. To my surprise and delight, Umarex sent me a new unopened Umarex Fusion 2 within two weeks. I was so impressed with Umarex customer service that wanted to write this review. Thank you Umarex! I am spreading the word.
