Poor service, don't honor warranty. Purchase several guns from them over the years but on their Walther P38 I only had it 3 weeks until it malfunctioned Mailed it by Fedex certified delivery back to them with service form included and no response. E-mailed several times and no response. Had confirmation of delivery so know they received it but no communication and gun never returned. Will keep trying but if they want to play that game I am going to start posting reviews on Youtube warning potential buyers .

Company is horrible to work with Company is horrible to work with. Reached out to get replacement parts for my air javelin and was told that I can’t order replacement parts. If I want it fixed I have to ship it and pay for repairs. My air javelin is now going in the dumpster.
