GBMis/non-delivered item, out $130 Ordered something online, found out after it disappeared that they use uninsured shipping. Since the carrier reported it delivered, I'm out $130 even though it never showed up. Contacting customer service told me to take the issue up with the mail carrier, who won't do anything because it's uninsured. Would not use store again. [edit] Customer service told me to take up problems with shipper, they did not "work with me".

Disappointed with purchase
GBItem has a defect Item has a defect. Shows it’s charged but will not turn on. Unable to use. Currently waiting for Customer Service to make it right. Will update. Update #1 Excellent Customer Service very responsive, shipping a replacement. Hopefully new item will work properly. Will update once received.
