This is a total ripoff This is a total ripoff. I asked for my money back many times and they just ignore me. In one year they had about 4 people to match me with, one of which cancelled on the matchmaker. The other 3 were OK but not my type. I even sent them pictures of my type so the would know. They ignore all my comments because they have no inventory of candidates. An absolute disaster.

It seems your organization dating recruiters, revolving door It seems your organization has a revolving door of dating coaches. I have gone through more than I can count, and more than I can remember their names. However, the last one Genie has been actually quite on top of things. By sending emails and phone calls saying that she still trying to find possible dates to actually calling me back when the date is over to see how it went.

100000% scam 100000% scam. They did not fulfill the scope of 4 dates. They gave me 2 dates that did not meet even top 3 of my criteria. Lisa Sisemore in SF is unprofessional, manipulative, fake and engages in harassing clients post reviews. I just received a call from her 3 days ago when my experience was years ago. She tried to contact me every year only after I posted reviews. She gladly took $2600 to introduce me two poor quality men on a video chat. One could not even carry a conversation. Please run away. If you use them, use a credit card that refunds you for services not rendered.

IJL has Exceeded My Expectations!!! IJL has been great. I am not easily impressed but, the people at IJL have been warm and very engaging throughout. My Matchmaker coach, Kaya, has been awesome. She is an upbeat person who has obviously listened to me as to the type of guy I would like to meet and date. For my first date, she matched me with an exceptionally nice gentleman with whom I had an enjoyable, quality experience. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience with IJL.
