Once again I can't say enough about how… Once again I can't say enough about how poorly this company treats clients. I was just informed that when I was on a military deployment I was offered a date and it is going to count it against me for saying no. Truth be told, I am pretty sure the matchmaker provided the wrong date, but that's the kind of company you would be dealing with! In the IJL response it says I have 10 dates used, yet the IJL matchmaker told me 9 dates used just a few weeks ago! It speaks volumes that the company can't even get their own story straight when it comes to a paying customer and what they signed up and paid good money for! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!

Attentive Matchmaker My matchmaker is attentive to my comments and preferences, refining dating candidates as we go along. He's friendly and easy to talk with, so I have no complaints about the service itself. My only concern is that their fee for the service is high.

I higly recommend IJL I was impressed with the first customer service person I spoke with when I contacted IJL. He responded very quickly, was warm and personal, encouraging, and professional. He immediately connected me to my matchmaker, Tricia, who has also been wonderful. From her first call she has been warm, kind, encouraging, and professional. I feel that she is truly invested in helping me find my life partner. I've tried tried two other dating services and IJL far exceeds them both.

IJL has little response to negative reviews. No surprise. Notice below that positive reviews get a thank you but it’s generally crickets for negative feedback. Check out their class action history before signing up. We won’t see our money back but let’s not enrich these scammers anymore.

After 5 months of membership After 5 months of membership, I finally got a date worth accepting. It was so good, we've decided to go on a 2nd date! IJL's restaurant venues in Albuquerque appear to be very limited and were placed at Buca di Beppo, serving family style portions of italian food. How does that work for an intimate date for two? Suggest IJL expand it's footprint.
