In one year they had about 4 people to match me with, one of which cancelled on the matchmaker. The other 3 were OK but not my type. I even sent them pictures of my type so the would know. They ignore all my comments because they have no inventory of candidates. An absolute disaster.

I higly recommend IJL I was impressed with the first customer service person I spoke with when I contacted IJL. He responded very quickly, was warm and personal, encouraging, and professional. He immediately connected me to my matchmaker, Tricia, who has also been wonderful. From her first call she has been warm, kind, encouraging, and professional. I feel that she is truly invested in helping me find my life partner. I've tried tried two other dating services and IJL far exceeds them both.

They’ve been sued numerous times and have settled class action suits for ripping people off and not providing the services they promise. Avoid IJL like the plague. $4,500 CAD that I may as well have thrown in the garbage. IJL has a disgusting and unethical way of doing business.

By sending emails and phone calls saying that she still trying to find possible dates to actually calling me back when the date is over to see how it went.
