IJL has Exceeded My Expectations!!! IJL has been great. I am not easily impressed but, the people at IJL have been warm and very engaging throughout. My Matchmaker coach, Kaya, has been awesome. She is an upbeat person who has obviously listened to me as to the type of guy I would like to meet and date. For my first date, she matched me with an exceptionally nice gentleman with whom I had an enjoyable, quality experience. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience with IJL.

It's Just Lunch allows me to meet others in a casual environment. The matchmakers are caring and excellent at their job.

IJL has little response to negative reviews. No surprise. Notice below that positive reviews get a thank you but it’s generally crickets for negative feedback. Check out their class action history before signing up. We won’t see our money back but let’s not enrich these scammers anymore.

It’s Just Lunch is a scam It’s Just Lunch is a scam. They match men who have not paid for dates in 15-18 years and who are not a match according to information provided. They’ve been sued numerous times and have settled class action suits for ripping people off and not providing the services they promise. Avoid IJL like the plague. $4,500 CAD that I may as well have thrown in the garbage. IJL has a disgusting and unethical way of doing business.

This is a total ripoff This is a total ripoff. I asked for my money back many times and they just ignore me. In one year they had about 4 people to match me with, one of which cancelled on the matchmaker. The other 3 were OK but not my type. I even sent them pictures of my type so the would know. They ignore all my comments because they have no inventory of candidates. An absolute disaster.
