GBThis company ships out of China This company ships out of China! Their website says that their product will be shipped directly to you from warehouses in the United States, Canada and Europe but that is not true. I was wondering where my order was a week later, so I went online and started doing some research and it is in China. I’m glad I paid with PayPal. If my order doesn’t show up in another week, I will go to PayPal and get a refund. I recommend if you can, buy the product made by this company locally. They’ve got some of their products in Walmart apparently and also from Amazon. And of course their webpage says any orders over a certain amount will be shipped out within a week but all of their items are over the amount that they say will expedite the shipping. The whole thing is to suck you in and then they hope it’ll be too big of a hassle for you to try to get a refund while you wait for the product that is sitting in a shipping container in China, waiting for the ship to be filled up with product and then make its way to the United States. I tried to avoid buying anything coming from China. If I had known that that is where this was going to come from I would’ve never ever ordered these items.

GBBad Business - DO NOT buy from this company I ordered an item from this company and when I received it found that it is defective. I immediately contacted the company asking for an exchange with one that works. This all happened on the same day I received my order. I have been in contact with them through several emails. They required me to send emails with photos and a video showing the defective product. Finally I received an email from them that they would send a replacement but that I would have to confirm my current address which I did. Low and behold I keep getting mailer-daemon rejection kick backs on the emails I've tried replying. To no avail. They have no phone number to contact them at to resolve my issue. Very poor business practices. DO NOT buy from this company.
