Great products, but slow shipping. The item finally arrived, shipping was Uber slow. The product is very well made out of quality material. If Amovibe could address the slow shipping, I would change my rating to 5 stars. They really do have quality innovative products, that we would love to try!

Unit worked for 30 minutes then died Unit worked for 30 minutes. Tried it a second time and the light came on but nothing else. Tried to charge it and now nothing works. I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund or replacement and I have chat request in queue. Do not pay with paypal they are NOT verified and you will not get any buyer protection. I would love to know who rated their products on their website as there is no way to actually leave a review. Have I been scammed? These people are scammers. This company ships out of China This company ships out of China! Their website says that their product will be shipped directly to you from warehouses in the United States, Canada and Europe but that is not true. I was wondering where my order was a week later, so I went online and started doing some research and it is in China. I’m glad I paid with PayPal. If my order doesn’t show up in another week, I will go to PayPal and get a refund. I recommend if you can, buy the product made by this company locally. They’ve got some of their products in Walmart apparently and also from Amazon. And of course their webpage says any orders over a certain amount will be shipped out within a week but all of their items are over the amount that they say will expedite the shipping. The whole thing is to suck you in and then they hope it’ll be too big of a hassle for you to try to get a refund while you wait for the product that is sitting in a shipping container in China, waiting for the ship to be filled up with product and then make its way to the United States. I tried to avoid buying anything coming from China. If I had known that that is where this was going to come from I would’ve never ever ordered these items.
