Denying me full refund for unused toy... I bought this as a gift for someone and I received it much later than expected so decided to return it for a refund. On their website they claim they will refund you if you return it unused and unopened within 30 days of purchase. They responded by telling me they'd refund me 40%, then 80%, trying to barter with me about the return. Do not buy from this company, they're trying to scam me out of getting my money back and don't honor their website's policies.

This company ships out of China This company ships out of China! Their website says that their product will be shipped directly to you from warehouses in the United States, Canada and Europe but that is not true. I was wondering where my order was a week later, so I went online and started doing some research and it is in China. I’m glad I paid with PayPal. If my order doesn’t show up in another week, I will go to PayPal and get a refund. I recommend if you can, buy the product made by this company locally. They’ve got some of their products in Walmart apparently and also from Amazon. And of course their webpage says any orders over a certain amount will be shipped out within a week but all of their items are over the amount that they say will expedite the shipping. The whole thing is to suck you in and then they hope it’ll be too big of a hassle for you to try to get a refund while you wait for the product that is sitting in a shipping container in China, waiting for the ship to be filled up with product and then make its way to the United States. I tried to avoid buying anything coming from China. If I had known that that is where this was going to come from I would’ve never ever ordered these items.
