About Ammunition Depot

Ammunition Depot was founded by freedom-loving Americans who knew two things: (1) it is every American’s right and responsibility to defend themselves, their family, and their country; and (2) without ammunition, none of that is possible. With seven children between them, the owners of Ammunition Depot fully understand the responsibility of keeping their families safe. They also understand that simply dialing 911 will not stop an aggressor from doing harm. Our respect and appreciation for law enforcement is absolute, but the fact is, a jacketed lead projectile has a much faster response time than the 10-minute national average response time to a 911 call. Therefore, it is our goal and our promise to provide the American public access to high-quality ammunition at the lowest possible price with the best customer service they have ever experienced. Not the best service in the industry, the best period. As Ammunition Depot has grown over the years, we have been able to create numerous jobs for hard-working Americans in our home state of Florida, as well as help many charities and foundations that support our troops, law enforcement, and the shooting sports. Our plan is to keep growing, keep creating jobs, keep giving, and keep Ammunition Depot strong so that we can deliver the same great products and same great service for decades to come.

Five Stars isn't enough. Customer Service is what sets Ammunition Depot apart from the rest. Always prompt,helpful and friendly. Everyone I've dealt with has been great. This instance is all about Amanda. Amanda did a great job communicating with me and her boss to take what could have been a very bad experience to a very good one. Because of how AD does customer service I don't buy from anyone else even if someone else has a sale or whatever. I know AD will take care of me if I have any kind of issue at all. I purchase from them frequently and they never disappoint.

I had a concern -- right before I placed my oder, the online form seemed to have changed my "are shipping and billing addresses the same" setting. I had a concern that the online form had garbled my order; Brittany understood immediately, had my order up on her screen almost before I had rattled off the order number, confirmed that there was no issue that would impede filling the order, and corrected it in Ammunition Depot's records. All with an efficient gracious smile. (The only thing I forgot to request was that someone should fix the online ordering computer code and ensure that a customer who is still in mid-order NOT have their "are shipping and billing addresses the same" setting changed on them, even if they went backward one page in their browser during the construction of their order.)
