GBcustomer service I called off hours about an order and hung up without leaving a message when realizing that we're closed. Got a call next morning before calling back from Ammunition Depot and the issues was promptly solved. Make me feel very good to be a customer of this company because now days, talking to a real person is rare and this experience has been precious. GBUPS delivered my package to the wrong place UPS delivered my package to the wrong place. The picture was not my house. I flied a claim with them and of course it was closed with in an hour with the issue not resolved. So I called, and could not talk to a person. I called Ammunition Depot and a person answered the phone. I told her of my problem. She was very understanding and calmed me down, Then she replaced my order at no cost. I did get my ammo this time. I am a customer for life!
