Got a call next morning before calling back from Ammunition Depot and the issues was promptly solved. Make me feel very good to be a customer of this company because now days, talking to a real person is rare and this experience has been precious. GBThe Good, Bad, & Aggravating What made the experience great was your associate. What once again made it terrible was your checkout process. Several times I have gone to other sites where one doesn’t receive the aggravating “CIM Gateway unable to process” message. You folks really need to dump that system and stop relying on your associates to make things right with those who try very hard to be loyal customers.
