GBI checked with customer service to make… I checked with customer service to make sure a magazine reloader would work for my pistol. I received a reply giving me a model number that I was assured would work. When I got the reloader it didn't come close to working. I shipped it backed but was only refunded $17.36 of the $26.34 I had paid for the item. Buyer beware, avoid this company like the plague. Gerry R I was pleasantly surprise that Mag Warehouse made good on the full amount of my purchase. Given the circumstances it should never have been an issue. Happy they corrected it.

GBPercheron mules!! I'll start by saying they got my 1st order wrong. Bummer, but as we often hear...feces occurs. It was the weekend, and with low expectations, I contacted GMW about the error. Much to my surprise, I recieved a prepaid UPS label almost immediately even though it was Saturday. I cobbled the original package back together and dropped it off Sunday. Friday I was informed that the replacement would ship by the next Monday. Later that day, an email said it had shipped, and should be here tomorrow or Tuesday. I dont think you could ask for better . Also, it appears that GMW responds to all negative reviews, sometimes with an in-depth accounting of the transaction. Side note: if you're wondering about the title...Tyler Childers. update...replacement arrived today!

GBGun Mag Warehouse Return I have ordered many times from Gun Mag Warehouse. Just did my first return with them though which tells me more about them than just buying product does. Great customer service and a speedy return! Will be a customer of theirs for life!
