Maybe it was my fault. I ordered magazines that were supposed to fit my Rugar 380. When they arrived they did not fit, my fault,.I called & the customer service agent was extremely helpful, even beyond his responsibility. This company seems to be professional and above board. PS the price was also reasonable. I will re-order & get the correct magazines this time.

Excellent company! Excellent company! I placed an order for some ammo and mags. The order came quickly, but turns out, I accidentally ordered the wrong mags. I contacted customer service and they provided everything I needed to make a return, and get a refund. I would up ordering the correct mags and they came quickly too. After hearing about so many customer service horror stories, I'm glad to find a place that takes care of their customers. I will order from again!

I received a reply giving me a model number that I was assured would work. When I got the reloader it didn't come close to working. I shipped it backed but was only refunded $17.36 of the $26.34 I had paid for the item. Buyer beware, avoid this company like the plague.
