It is nice to know who you are dealing with and she won me over with an excellent job of taking my order being pleasant to chat with and following through in the mailing department. GBI checked with customer service to make… I checked with customer service to make sure a magazine reloader would work for my pistol. I received a reply giving me a model number that I was assured would work. When I got the reloader it didn't come close to working. I shipped it backed but was only refunded $17.36 of the $26.34 I had paid for the item. Buyer beware, avoid this company like the plague. Gerry R I was pleasantly surprise that Mag Warehouse made good on the full amount of my purchase. Given the circumstances it should never have been an issue. Happy they corrected it.
