GBWeekend Order I placed an order on the weekend and realized I had ordered the wrong parts so I called back to stop the order but it was already processed the next day and being shipped. So I contacted GunMag Warehouse on Monday and was immediately sent a return label for products and a full refund when returned. No hassle, fast service, prompt refund. Great Company!

GBExchange Had a self inflicted problem with an order. For whatever reason i ordered the wrong mags. I called & requested an RMA to return & talked to a fella named Daniel. He was very understanding, polite & interested to help. I got the RMA# & ordered the correct mags. The next day I received an email stating the replacement mage would be shipped the next day. Apparently they understand the importance of good service. Happy camper here ! Harry

GBPercheron mules!! I'll start by saying they got my 1st order wrong. Bummer, but as we often hear...feces occurs. It was the weekend, and with low expectations, I contacted GMW about the error. Much to my surprise, I recieved a prepaid UPS label almost immediately even though it was Saturday. I cobbled the original package back together and dropped it off Sunday. Friday I was informed that the replacement would ship by the next Monday. Later that day, an email said it had shipped, and should be here tomorrow or Tuesday. I dont think you could ask for better . Also, it appears that GMW responds to all negative reviews, sometimes with an in-depth accounting of the transaction. Side note: if you're wondering about the title...Tyler Childers. update...replacement arrived today!
