Awesome Customer Service! When placing my initial order I added some hardware that I didn’t realize was already included with the kit. Abby emailed me the next day to verify that I wanted the extra hardware but let me know I didn’t really need it. Right after placing my order I saw there was an even more elaborate kit available. So I asked if I could change the order. I was able to pay the difference and get all the bells and whistles. Awesome customer experience. Thank you for the great customer service!

Ships discreet, nice padding on straps. Love the metal hardware! Installed hooks in the ceiling as guided by the methods listed on this website for how to install your sex swing! I purchased the extra straps so it can hang over a beam or a tree limb outside! I also purchased the squatting attachment, I am so excited to do squats!! I love that it came with the free headrest, has all metal hardware, it comes in a nice bag, and is portable so I can take it with me wherever! It ships with a discrete label so if it were accidentally dropped off at a neighbor's house they wouldn't know it was a sex swing. Bad shipping practices Ordered product October 28 was supposed to arrive 5-14 days following; November 11 product still has not been picked up at original selling point. 25 digit tracking code has been established for USPS and UPS. Unacceptable business practice. I guess 1 star is better than no star for a review!
