They where upfront and honest about being based in China, about risks to shipping due to the pandemic but believed there wouldn’t be delays and confirmed everything was in stock for me. Especially Jess but Edwin as well where helpful. I much preferred ordering from Hismith directly rather then through Amazon. I definitely recommend it. ....as for my purchase, it was definitely worth the investment. Take that as you will.
