Product is decent Product is decent. Problem is you are immediately shuffled to some POS Chinese company. Don't pay for expedited shipping. Product won't show, they start claiming backorder BS. Do yourself a favor and use paypal so you have some recourse. Typical F-ing Chinese sh#t.

Fast, Fantastic and they have your back I reached out to see if I could add something into my previous order before it got shipped out, I didn't want to have to pay for shipping again. Jess reached out much faster than I expected, help me walk through what item I needed and helped me waive the shipping fee through check out even when the system was giving us problems. Amazing service!

Great Company, Great Products Hismith has created state-of-the-art level machines that surpass anything I've owned before. Their design, engineering, quality and performance leave everyone else who manufactures these type of devices in their wake. Small yet powerful, amazingly quiet, the Hismith machines do not disappoint. Plus their customer service team is responsive and always there to help. I received my machine 5 days after I ordered and it arrived discreetly and securely packaged. Highly recommend these folks. They're top of the line, as are their machines.

Hot damn! This is my first review for a product of this nature, so I find myself at a loss. What can I say? The packaging was great, discreet as promised. The storage bag and molded foam inserts for the machine's pieces are fantastic, and the machine itself and all attachments are top quality, very sturdy and smartly engineered. I think the best compliment I can give is to say that although the machine itself was super quiet, I most definitely wasn't. 10/10 would buy again.

Convenient and simple! I just purchased a hismith premium sex machine 3.0 and the store was convenient, offered free shipping, and my favorite thing was the coupons they give you right on the site so you can save money without having to search all over the internet for voucher codes!
