Hot damn! This is my first review for a product of this nature, so I find myself at a loss. What can I say? The packaging was great, discreet as promised. The storage bag and molded foam inserts for the machine's pieces are fantastic, and the machine itself and all attachments are top quality, very sturdy and smartly engineered. I think the best compliment I can give is to say that although the machine itself was super quiet, I most definitely wasn't. 10/10 would buy again.

Terrific customer support. The machine is well made and I recommend this company. We had a problem with the wire on the controller and it took awhile to figure it out. It was totally our fault. We needed to replace the controller we inadvertently destroyed the first time we used it. The quick response from Hismith was appreciated. The company stepped up with a partial voucher and expedited shipping at no additional cost. So easy to work with. I am not so tech savvy and the customer support made all the difference.

Their design, engineering, quality and performance leave everyone else who manufactures these type of devices in their wake. Small yet powerful, amazingly quiet, the Hismith machines do not disappoint. Plus their customer service team is responsive and always there to help. I received my machine 5 days after I ordered and it arrived discreetly and securely packaged. Highly recommend these folks. They're top of the line, as are their machines.

Product is decent Product is decent. Problem is you are immediately shuffled to some POS Chinese company. Don't pay for expedited shipping. Product won't show, they start claiming backorder BS. Do yourself a favor and use paypal so you have some recourse. Typical F-ing Chinese sh#t.

My 1st use of this Hismith sex machine… My 1st use of this Hismith sex machine was with a new Doc Johnson, Ultraskyn Realistic Jason Luv 10 inch long by 2 inch dia vac-u-lock dildo.
