Bad customer service on faulty product I received a Pro 2 machine which has been faulty assembled, the main machine was broken, as the screws has clearly been forced into the machine, I bought the machine through a local shop, and they have tried to talk with Hismith about it. Hismith claims that I have destroyed the machine, but the screws is not a customer assembly part, the machine has never been used and still have not. Hismith refuses to help with a solution and leave me and the local shop on our own. The local shop is kind enough to find a solution, but I really think it’s a bad customer service from Hismith. In the future I will definitely choose a different company that actually cares about their customers. I cannot say anything about the Quality of the machine as I have not tried it, but first hand experience is not good.

I purchased a premium machine with app… I purchased a premium machine with app control and it was in a package deal with five or six extra attachments. While I did receive an invoice for the purchase pretty much immediately, the shipping update email never arrived. Either way in only a week my package showed up and everything looks top notch. We won't have time to put it to any use till this weekend if we are lucky but once we use it a few times I'll update if anything goes wrong.

Ordered So I’m not sure about others experiences with ordering from Hismith but I found their support very well. They where upfront and honest about being based in China, about risks to shipping due to the pandemic but believed there wouldn’t be delays and confirmed everything was in stock for me. Especially Jess but Edwin as well where helpful. I much preferred ordering from Hismith directly rather then through Amazon. I definitely recommend it. ....as for my purchase, it was definitely worth the investment. Take that as you will.
