GBtrying to return a duplicate item that… trying to return a duplicate item that I I received as gifts neither the return form nor phone call yield any results. been doing business with Mr. s when I ran a leather shop in Chicago in 1982. always a top-notch co. sorry, we can't conclude our business on a happier foot. 3-25-21 Never received a resolution from Mr. S., Truly disappointed in what the company has become. I think Richard Hunter would be ashamed of the poor customer service. In times past, a leather shop valued its customers and tried to make them happy. Truly a shame been Alan wouldn't put up with it. GBWhere is my order??? Overall satisfied with their products and prices but recently I placed an order for some underwear online and instead I received the wrong item. After going back and forth, it took some time but they were able to resolve my issue. I will continue to support small businesses because I want them to be around tomorrow.
