Always Exceptional Service I’ve bought a fair amount from Mr S over the last 18 months and the service has always been exceptional. I’m in Sydney so I usually get in touch about sizing before placing an order to confirm which size would be best. On the odd occasion where the fit isn’t exactly what I’m after they’ve gone over and above to fix it. They just custom made two new straps for a jock/harness set to get the perfect fit for me at no extra cost. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They care about customers First order wasn't received, but they covered me completely, and even upgraded the shipping. It was seamless and they seemed very genuine about everything. There were multiple people helping me out: Dan, Micky, Cido, and Christopher. Great guys, and I'm happy about the personal attention they gave my individual issue.

I've always had a wonderful experience… I've always had a wonderful experience ordering from Mr. S. They have a solid reputation and back it up with their amazing customer service. The products they sell was very high quality and I trust what I'm ordering from them. (Plus I love the little hand written notes they include in the box, nice personal touch.) Orders are always fulfilled quickly and accurately and come in a discreet plain box if that matters to you. Seriously, I can't say enough good things.

They only stock items and products that are very high quality and I trust the merchandise they offer because I know they’re as picky as I am, they wouldn’t sell a subpar product.
