GBtrying to return a duplicate item that… trying to return a duplicate item that I I received as gifts neither the return form nor phone call yield any results. been doing business with Mr. s when I ran a leather shop in Chicago in 1982. always a top-notch co. sorry, we can't conclude our business on a happier foot. 3-25-21 Never received a resolution from Mr. S., Truly disappointed in what the company has become. I think Richard Hunter would be ashamed of the poor customer service. In times past, a leather shop valued its customers and tried to make them happy. Truly a shame been Alan wouldn't put up with it. GBOrdered a leather bulldog harness based… Ordered a leather bulldog harness based on the size chart on the website. It seems too small and I intend to continue working out so my chest will only get larger. This is my first harness so wanted some input on how it should fit as well as growing in to it. I've let it out to the last hole on the straps and last snap but if my chest grows this will end up a waste of money. Great quality but weird I can't get a hold of someone. Calling the phone number on the receipt it says the number is disconnected. I've submitted an online request. Hoping to hear back from someone. I think I need a larger size.

GBFor lack of an alternative The quality of your products has taken a serious nosedive over the years while the price for it had steadily climbed. With many of your items, it feels like there was no thought put into how it's going to hold up for play. (Or worse, that thought HAS been put into it and the decision was to intentionally release an product that is known to be inferior and will need to be replaced, much like apple's 'designed obsolescence'. One of the worst ways to increase profits, as it alienates and drives away the core of your customer base, the people who have been coming to your store since they were 17. But since you are still technically the only serious game in town.. I'll be back.

GBThey care about customers First order wasn't received, but they covered me completely, and even upgraded the shipping. It was seamless and they seemed very genuine about everything. There were multiple people helping me out: Dan, Micky, Cido, and Christopher. Great guys, and I'm happy about the personal attention they gave my individual issue.
