Always Exceptional Service I’ve bought a fair amount from Mr S over the last 18 months and the service has always been exceptional. I’m in Sydney so I usually get in touch about sizing before placing an order to confirm which size would be best. On the odd occasion where the fit isn’t exactly what I’m after they’ve gone over and above to fix it. They just custom made two new straps for a jock/harness set to get the perfect fit for me at no extra cost. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great online shopping experience! I don’t live close enough to shop in person, so their online shop is a great option! Always great selection. I’ve never had a bad experience...they always go above and beyond. Orders are shipped quick and often arrive earlier than promised. Glad to support this company.

For lack of an alternative The quality of your products has taken a serious nosedive over the years while the price for it had steadily climbed. With many of your items, it feels like there was no thought put into how it's going to hold up for play. (Or worse, that thought HAS been put into it and the decision was to intentionally release an product that is known to be inferior and will need to be replaced, much like apple's 'designed obsolescence'. One of the worst ways to increase profits, as it alienates and drives away the core of your customer base, the people who have been coming to your store since they were 17. But since you are still technically the only serious game in town.. I'll be back.

I've always had a wonderful experience… I've always had a wonderful experience ordering from Mr. S. They have a solid reputation and back it up with their amazing customer service. The products they sell was very high quality and I trust what I'm ordering from them. (Plus I love the little hand written notes they include in the box, nice personal touch.) Orders are always fulfilled quickly and accurately and come in a discreet plain box if that matters to you. Seriously, I can't say enough good things.
