Flawed Product and No Customer Service So I ordered a stainless steel toy from them a couple of weeks ago, paid the extra $15 to get it in 3 days, never got any tracking info like they promise. I open the package, and there's this HUGE flaw in the stainless steel - on the insertable portion, no less! That email was sent two weeks ago and no refund has been given. Avoid thss company at all costs, the fact that at the time if writing it is already listed as 'poor' does not surprise me. Had I been able to find the item at the time from the UK, I would have happily paid more money for it but opted for this site as it was the only one who had the item. Extremely disappointed and will be spreading the word that this website and the people behind it our basically out to scam your money, based on my personal experience.
