GBPretty bad service How does a company forget to update the website? "we forgot to update this information on site, sorry for the inconvenience might cause for you" I never got my tracking number, unless requested because they FORGOT.

GBWASTE OF MONEY!! I paid an extra $15 because they said they could have it to within 10 days! I ended up waiting nearly a month! I could've gotten free shipping with how long it took!! I contacted them after a couple weeks and all I got was a reply saying that they had no information for me. Then 3 weeks after it showed up, I received the tracking number.. Plus its horrible quality!! Honestly, I threw it away right after I opened it!! NOT WORTH IT!! I SUGGEST SPENDING YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

GBFlawed Product and No Customer Service So I ordered a stainless steel toy from them a couple of weeks ago, paid the extra $15 to get it in 3 days, never got any tracking info like they promise. In fact, the site STILL says my item is processing. So fast forward TWO WEEKS LATER when I finally get my product. I open the package, and there's this HUGE flaw in the stainless steel - on the insertable portion, no less! There's this huge, abrasive, unsightly blemish in the finish - if you could call it a finish. I emailed them 3 days ago about it, included pictures, and asked for a refund. On their site FAQ they say they respond to messages in 12 hours. I've received NOTHING BUT AIR SILENCE from them about this. I wouldn't trust this company if my life depended on it. Save yourself some frustration and order from ExtremeRestraints, Pinkcherry, Adam&Eve - ANYWHERE other than SexToysBrand.

GBTHIS COMPANY SUCKS. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET MY PRODUCT WHICH WASNT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. SCAMMERS HERE DONT OREDER. AFTER A FEW EMAILS OF THEM BLOWING ME OFF AND THE "RUN AROUND". THEY FINALLY TELL ME MY ORDER WENT TO UNITED KINGDOM. HOW DO YOU MISPLACE AN ENTIRE COUNTRY!!!!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. FINALLY GOT A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERD. NOT EVEN CLOSE. THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE. THEY HAVE NO ETHICS OR MORALS FOR BEING IN BUSINESS. DONT ORDER DONT ORDER DONT ORDER SCAMMMERS SCAMMMERS. SINCE MY NASTY EMAIL TO THEM ABOUT THE SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER, I HAVE BEEN FLOODED WITH SPAM EMAILS. I JUST DELETE THEM BUT THIS IS JUST ONE MORE REASON NOT TO ORDER HERE FROM THIS SCAMMING UNLAWFUL COMPANY......... IF THEY ARE READING THIS.... I HOPE THEY ALL DIE.
