GBSent incorrect, inferior product. No refund. It was my first time buying from this company; I was looking for an item that had been discontinued on many other sites but this one happened to sell it. The price was reasonable, the delivery was understandable as it was sent international, but what followed was a headache that I can't wait to forget. Once I received the item I instantly noticed that they sent someone that looks nothing like what I had purchased. I'd say it is a much inferior product and looking and other sites, is immensely cheaper than what I paid for. So, as you do, you contact the company enquiring why they have done this. They requested I take a photo of the item and then ask if I would take a partial refund. Of course, I declined. How can you purposely send an item that is not only wrong, but something so cheap and hope the customer accepts it or doesn't notice? It's been a month since my initial contact and I still haven't received a refund even though they sent me what looks like an invoice but stating a refund is being processed minus an "adjustment fee". That email was sent two weeks ago and no refund has been given. Avoid thss company at all costs, the fact that at the time if writing it is already listed as 'poor' does not surprise me. Had I been able to find the item at the time from the UK, I would have happily paid more money for it but opted for this site as it was the only one who had the item. Extremely disappointed and will be spreading the word that this website and the people behind it our basically out to scam your money, based on my personal experience.

USWASTE OF MONEY!! I paid an extra $15 because they said they could have it to within 10 days! I ended up waiting nearly a month! I could've gotten free shipping with how long it took!! I contacted them after a couple weeks and all I got was a reply saying that they had no information for me. Then 3 weeks after it showed up, I received the tracking number.. Plus its horrible quality!! Honestly, I threw it away right after I opened it!! NOT WORTH IT!! I SUGGEST SPENDING YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

GBFRAUD Placed order in September, never got it till January, contacted customer service few times, got couple of pathetic replies, but no product or money back.

USPretty bad service How does a company forget to update the website? "we forgot to update this information on site, sorry for the inconvenience might cause for you" I never got my tracking number, unless requested because they FORGOT.

USTHIS COMPANY SUCKS. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET MY PRODUCT WHICH WASNT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. SCAMMERS HERE DONT OREDER. AFTER A FEW EMAILS OF THEM BLOWING ME OFF AND THE "RUN AROUND". THEY FINALLY TELL ME MY ORDER WENT TO UNITED KINGDOM. HOW DO YOU MISPLACE AN ENTIRE COUNTRY!!!!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. FINALLY GOT A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERD. NOT EVEN CLOSE. THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE. THEY HAVE NO ETHICS OR MORALS FOR BEING IN BUSINESS. DONT ORDER DONT ORDER DONT ORDER SCAMMMERS SCAMMMERS. SINCE MY NASTY EMAIL TO THEM ABOUT THE SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER, I HAVE BEEN FLOODED WITH SPAM EMAILS. I JUST DELETE THEM BUT THIS IS JUST ONE MORE REASON NOT TO ORDER HERE FROM THIS SCAMMING UNLAWFUL COMPANY......... IF THEY ARE READING THIS.... I HOPE THEY ALL DIE.
