GBFlawed Product and No Customer Service So I ordered a stainless steel toy from them a couple of weeks ago, paid the extra $15 to get it in 3 days, never got any tracking info like they promise. In fact, the site STILL says my item is processing. So fast forward TWO WEEKS LATER when I finally get my product. I open the package, and there's this HUGE flaw in the stainless steel - on the insertable portion, no less! There's this huge, abrasive, unsightly blemish in the finish - if you could call it a finish. I emailed them 3 days ago about it, included pictures, and asked for a refund. On their site FAQ they say they respond to messages in 12 hours. I've received NOTHING BUT AIR SILENCE from them about this. I wouldn't trust this company if my life depended on it. Save yourself some frustration and order from ExtremeRestraints, Pinkcherry, Adam&Eve - ANYWHERE other than SexToysBrand.

GBPretty bad service How does a company forget to update the website? "we forgot to update this information on site, sorry for the inconvenience might cause for you" I never got my tracking number, unless requested because they FORGOT.

CZThey send different products Service is too slow, took almost 3 weeks to get it and I got a totally different product! The customer service said " it is a little different from the picture, but it is almost the same". It was not.

GBFRAUD Placed order in September, never got it till January, contacted customer service few times, got couple of pathetic replies, but no product or money back.
