Flawed Product and No Customer Service So I ordered a stainless steel toy from them a couple of weeks ago, paid the extra $15 to get it in 3 days, never got any tracking info like they promise. In fact, the site STILL says my item is processing. So fast forward TWO WEEKS LATER when I finally get my product. I open the package, and there's this HUGE flaw in the stainless steel - on the insertable portion, no less! There's this huge, abrasive, unsightly blemish in the finish - if you could call it a finish. I emailed them 3 days ago about it, included pictures, and asked for a refund. On their site FAQ they say they respond to messages in 12 hours. I've received NOTHING BUT AIR SILENCE from them about this. I wouldn't trust this company if my life depended on it. Save yourself some frustration and order from ExtremeRestraints, Pinkcherry, Adam&Eve - ANYWHERE other than SexToysBrand.
