Three items purchased Three items purchased. First item (condoms) are great, second item attachment to vibrator is too big, my fault. Third item tongue vibrator doesn't work, no instructions and pkg says two batteries included and they are nowhere to be found. Poor Customer Service An order placed in November 2020 never showed up. After contacting customer service 6 times, they never confirmed that the order was even shipped and wouldn't do anything to help. I've ordered from them before with no problems, but something seems to have gone downhill.

Missing order, no response Today is March 18th. I placed my order on February 27th, it arrived a few days later with half of my total purchase missing. I contacted customer service and they said it would ship next day, and they would also email a tracking number. I didn't receive an email nor my order. I contacted them again, and it has been a week without any kind of response.
