I made a purchase with their website on… I made a purchase with their website on February 23, 2021. According to their website, they have not shipped my package. Today is March 05, 2021. I do not believe this company is operating in good faith. As the other reviewers have stated, "Do not purchase from this company!!!" March 07 2021 *Update seller has corrected my order*

the box came with "latex con" and… the box came with "latex con" and Okamoto.com on the side. they attempted to cut off the words but it was clear and obvious. a bit embarrassing when receptionist brought them to me and said "looks like your going to have a good weekend" So much for indiscrete packaging.

Sent stale product, no response from customer service. Condom Depot used to be reliable with a great selection. I recommended the site to everyone who'd complain about the lack of options at their grocery store. Every time I've ordered from them before my package shipped promptly. Service seems to have tanked since I was sent almost expired condoms in my last order and it was the most expensive condoms of the ones I purchased. I reached out to customer support to ask if all their stock of this specific brand was going to be only months away from expiration if I ordered more and never received a response. My initial email was sent Jan 30 and it's March 6 now. I recommend shopping from another website if you're expecting fresh product to keep any accidents from happening with your partner.

We chose these condoms rated #1 for… We chose these condoms rated #1 for years. Chose the cheapest shipping (7-10 business days). Was a good price for both condoms and shipping, arrived on time. Very discreet packaging and a different name so no one could know what we got unless they opened it themselves! Condoms were great. We will be buying again!

Shame... Had to fight to get ahold of Support (left message and called numerous times till I finally an actual human). Package was never shipped, once I finally got ahold of support they said they were gonna ship me a whole new order but tracking stayed the same... (real hard to figure that one out). Lastly, I payed in total upwards of $30 bucks and to this time of writing this, support has yet to refund me the $8 bucks shipping that they said they would.
