I have sent multiple messages and… I have sent multiple messages and emails requesting to cancel to my order. A representative named Cally emails be back as if she is a robot. Tells me that the order will be shipped soon. Then emails me that order has been shipped. Basically didn't pay attention to what I am exiting in the email. 0 star customer service.

I had to purchase a brand new machine… I had to purchase a brand new machine due to the one I already had could not get any answers from the company to remedy issues I was having with it.

Scam warning maybe.. I feel scammed slightly... I bought from them recently but they refuse to give me a tracking number and only tell me my package has been shipped :( only giving 3 stars for now as they might be a potential scam website :c
