Order was shipped late and then partially cancelled I ordered a defense key chain and a stiletto knife in early June. I got the package 3 weeks later (a lot longer than I thought it would take), and the defense keychain is super cool and sharper than I thought it was going to be! The knife however, was not in the package. I waited a few more weeks to see if the knife came in a separate package and it never arrived. I finally reached out to customer support and they weren’t very helpful. I asked about why my knife had not arrived and they did not answer my question. They only said that one would be shipped out a week later. No compensation credit or anything was offered for having to wait over a month. A few days ago, I finally received an update....my order had been canceled. I didn’t receive any notification from the actually company, it came from the shipping agent. I still haven’t gotten any email from the actual company, but I did receive a full refund. I like their products, but I’m hesitant to order from them again after this whole situation.

I fully support small companies that put the work and effort into making the site look amazing as well as treating customers right. 10/10 recommend to all my friends.

One of the best brands ever Honestly, I’ve never met a more welcoming little business. They make everyone feel so comfortable and they always interact with their customers to make sure they are satisfied. They have also many cute things it’s so hard to pick which one you truly want lol, but you won’t be disappointed with anything you purchase for sure. (@lysbrise)

Very Disappointed Overall Was super excited to buy the OG garter knife! The shipping said free after $60. I bought more to meet it and was still charged for it. I used a code to take off maybe a few $, but the free shipping was taken away. I got my garter knife and I'm not a bigger girl, but my midsized thighs couldn't even get the straps to touch. Then they've been out of their "plus sized" garters for quite some time, but I'm not plus sized! I went to send it back and they said I'd also have to pay to ship it back to them. Over $20 in shipping and I still don't have the thing I really wanted to buy. I asked what would fit and was told they have no idea when the adjustable (plus sized) straps will be restocked. It's just been super sketchy and borderline scammy. Was so excited about this brand and what they sell, but now I'm going to have to find another business, I'm not paying for shipping a 3rd time!
