GBOrder was shipped late and then partially cancelled I ordered a defense key chain and a stiletto knife in early June. I got the package 3 weeks later (a lot longer than I thought it would take), and the defense keychain is super cool and sharper than I thought it was going to be! The knife however, was not in the package. I waited a few more weeks to see if the knife came in a separate package and it never arrived. I finally reached out to customer support and they weren’t very helpful. I asked about why my knife had not arrived and they did not answer my question. They only said that one would be shipped out a week later. No compensation credit or anything was offered for having to wait over a month. A few days ago, I finally received an update....my order had been canceled. I didn’t receive any notification from the actually company, it came from the shipping agent. I still haven’t gotten any email from the actual company, but I did receive a full refund. I like their products, but I’m hesitant to order from them again after this whole situation.

GBCustomer Service is gross and they don't care about Customer Satisfaction! If I could add Zero stars to Blades for Babes (B4B) I would. I purchased two black pen knives and when I opened the packaging, naturally, I tested out the pens with a couple of scribbles on packaging. The next day, less than 24 hours later and not using the pens in that time and they were closed... the pens no longer worked. I emailed B4B informing them of my issue and they asked me to send a video of me writing to prove that they do not work. I used a working pen not purchased from the company and then attempted to write with their pens. They later told me that because I admitted that they worked when I originally received them they will not replace or refund me for faulty items. My response back to them was: Seriously!? I literally scribbled small lines on an envelope when I first got them and that was it. I didn't even get to use them to write or do anything outside of that. It had enough ink for those scribbles. I am not satisfied with the product that was provided by Blades for Babes. The whole point of me purchasing was to be able to use FUNCTIONAL pens for a longer period of time. If you Google how long does the average pen last it says a continuous line is 4 to 5 km longs. I got barely an inch and size does matter in this sense! I won't be using that discount just to get another non-functional item and do not think I will be making any future purchases from this company ever again. I will be looking for ways to post a review and removing all subscriptions and follows from social media (not that y'all care). Honesty is obviously not this company's best policy nor is customer satisfaction. Pretty crappy company.

GBThis is by far the best site to by… This is by far the best site to by blades specifically targeted for women's self-defense. The site is totally safe and they have the widest range of colorful knives and accessories.. it's unlike any other knife shop. I always enjoy the packages that include lil freebies, not to mention I love supporting a small business run by women. Highly recommend!

GBSave your money, not worth Everything you find on their site is a fraction of the price on AliExpress or Amazon, so it's all cheap crap. They won't cancel an order and if you try to return you only get store credit (not including shipping costs). Super disappointed as I've been following this company for a while and unfortunately made the mistake of looking into them and their policies prior to making a purchase.

GBI love shopping on this site I love shopping on this site, never had any issues until I ordered some items. They all have cancer warnings on it…..freaked me out…you think they would put that in the item description….last time I will buy from them.
