They won't cancel an order and if you try to return you only get store credit (not including shipping costs). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, SCAM!! I would rate my experience as 0 stars. Do not buy from this site!! I ordered a knife back in August and still have not received my order. I emailed the company expressing that I wanted a refund and they said "there is nothing we can do".

False advertising False advertising. The item I ordered literally fell apart upon opening the package. Very flimsy, poor quality that is not worth the price. They do not cover shipping costs for returns and only offer store credit. Very disappointed. If you want a cute knife to show off on Instagram, sure you might like this shop. If you are looking for an actual self defense tool, look elsewhere. These knives are NOT for self defense.
