Package seized at border and no refund… Package seized at border and no refund or appropriate customer service in response to this. Waste of $100. Don’t order from this site.

Awful customer service and company Placed an order and I thought it didn’t go through so I placed another order with the exact items. Contacted support and they did not address my concerns but reiterated the same problem I told them. Their website says “we honor duplicate order refunds” but that’s not the case. They offer store credit ONLY, which is a scam in itself. highly do not recommend.

Half the price on Ebay You can find most of these knives if not all on Ebay for half the price! Save your money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, SCAM!! I would rate my experience as 0 stars. Do not buy from this site!! I ordered a knife back in August and still have not received my order. I emailed the company expressing that I wanted a refund and they said "there is nothing we can do".

I love shopping on this site I love shopping on this site, never had any issues until I ordered some items. They all have cancer warnings on it…..freaked me out…you think they would put that in the item description….last time I will buy from them.
