One of the best brands ever Honestly, I’ve never met a more welcoming little business. They make everyone feel so comfortable and they always interact with their customers to make sure they are satisfied. My purchase was a good experience The transaction took some time because my card had an issue but that one was resolved and the purchase continued. I understand things are not yet back to normal that’s why it happened. Apart from that, my purchase was a good experience and looking forward for more in the near future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, SCAM!! I would rate my experience as 0 stars. Do not buy from this site!! I ordered a knife back in August and still have not received my order. I emailed the company expressing that I wanted a refund and they said "there is nothing we can do".

Awful customer service and company Placed an order and I thought it didn’t go through so I placed another order with the exact items. Contacted support and they did not address my concerns but reiterated the same problem I told them. Their website says “we honor duplicate order refunds” but that’s not the case. They offer store credit ONLY, which is a scam in itself. highly do not recommend.
