They really cared about us and remembered who we were and did everything they could to help us customize our order and delivery. The thoughtful design of the greenhouse kit is very impressive. You get everything you need to assemble it with just two people, absolutely as represented!

Highly Recommend Neither my husband nor I have any building skills. I would give the directions on the Model 2 XL a 98 out of 100, and their customer service a 100. I would suggest including the part numbers with the descriptions. This was not the case in later steps. I would also ensure that pre-drilled holes were in all the places the directions indicated. A minor issue, but helpful. I did not expect a call back on a Saturday with my one question, but minutes after leaving a voice mail, Kevin called back and provided clarification. He was terrific! He also followed up with us a few days later to ensure we were able to complete the assembly. We are hoping this is the last coop we will have to purchase, as winters in New England can be harsh. First impressions on this company are quite impressive. I would buy again.

High quality coop Very well packaged and arrived faster than expected. Easy to assemble with instructions and some references to the YouTube video. High quality materials, sturdy wire and hardware. Nicely packaged fasteners with plenty extra for drops into the leaves. Hens are cozy and dry!

They even added an additional wind reinforcement at no cost after hearing that we regularly get 50mph winds at our property. The greenhouse was easy to assemble (but 2 people required). We are very satisfied.

I added on a few of the options to my XL package like the water and feeder, dirt bath, upgraded roof and emailed them before they shipped out my coop to add on the winter window package. The winter window covers were the least impressive part. I was honestly shocked by the quality of the item compared to the rest of the coop and thought it was just part of the packaging at first. The directions, pictures and pre drilled holes made it very simple to put together by myself! It took me about 3 hours. It is a beautiful coop and I can already see myself buying a larger one from roost and root down the road. I do wish they offered a chicken run option… I ended up building my own but I definitely would’ve also purchased that from them.
