White Mountain puzzles are the BEST! I have loved every puzzle I've ever ordered from White Mountain Puzzles. I got several summer and beach themed puzzles in my last order and I've already done two of them. I love the size of puzzle pieces and the fact that they're cut differently (not the same for each piece). The quality of the puzzles is amazing and the color and clarity of the puzzle photos is my favorite thing!

Puzzle issue. I had an issue with a puzzle and it was resolved very professionally and quickly. Seems like the company is very customer oriented and cares.

I had a missing piece I had a missing piece, and they are sending me another puzzle of my choice. I thought they were going to give me the missing piece, but they said they would have to cut another one and it may not fit right. I guided me on how to take the picture of missing piece and they sent the paperwork out for me to fill in and I text it to them.

Fantastic puzzles! Selection of 1000 piece puzzles is fantastic. They are constantly adding new puzzles to the collection and they just keep getting better. Even when I bring other puzzles home, my family will only do White Mountain due to the quality of the pieces and artwork. Highly recommend any White Mountain puzzle.

Customer service was wonderful Customer service was wonderful. I received a puzzle as a gift and it was missing one piece. I called and sent an image of the completed puzzle and they immediately told me to choose a replacement puzzle. I was so impressed that I purchased 3 more puzzles. The puzzles are great quality and pieces fit perfectly.
