Puzzle issue. I had an issue with a puzzle and it was resolved very professionally and quickly. Seems like the company is very customer oriented and cares.

Many of the puzzle pieces were bent and… Many of the puzzle pieces were bent and in some cases peeling. Also the pieces don't hold tightly together. I've purchased many White Mountain puzzles in the past, but it appears the quality has somewhat changed.

The White Mountain Puzzles are beautifully designed! The White Mountain Puzzles are beautiful and fun to put together. Never a missing piece and all well-cut. It's a fun past time and always look forward to my next shipment.

I had a missing piece I had a missing piece, and they are sending me another puzzle of my choice. I thought they were going to give me the missing piece, but they said they would have to cut another one and it may not fit right. I guided me on how to take the picture of missing piece and they sent the paperwork out for me to fill in and I text it to them.

Tried to call customer service last… Tried to call customer service last week before ordering and no one answered.
