I received an email from the company and was able to contact a Customer Service young lady who addressed my complaint. She explained to me that the store that I purchased the puzzle from should have done a replacement. She also explained that I could have the puzzle shipped to a US address which I have done. I would like to thank her for her patience with a cranky Senior. I received a notification by email that the replacement puzzle I chose online would be shipped within 2-3 days to the US address. Again, thank you.

Fantastic puzzles! Selection of 1000 piece puzzles is fantastic. They are constantly adding new puzzles to the collection and they just keep getting better. Even when I bring other puzzles home, my family will only do White Mountain due to the quality of the pieces and artwork. Highly recommend any White Mountain puzzle.

Puzzle issue. I had an issue with a puzzle and it was resolved very professionally and quickly. Seems like the company is very customer oriented and cares.

I had a missing piece I had a missing piece, and they are sending me another puzzle of my choice. I thought they were going to give me the missing piece, but they said they would have to cut another one and it may not fit right. I guided me on how to take the picture of missing piece and they sent the paperwork out for me to fill in and I text it to them.
