GBI have bought many things from your… I have bought many things from your store and usually they arrive carefully packaged and in good order. However, I ordered animated flying bat: Product code 814050. There were 2 issues: first, the batteries were dead ( I can understand that). More importantly the wings are mechanical and the bat was jammed into box that was too small. Subsequently one of the wings does not work. I tried calling your customer service yesterday, left a message and understand it may take 48 hours to hear back from your company? On a basic level, that is poor customer service. I am anxious to see how this will be resolved.

GBOne of a kind I purchased a discontinued, hard to find item that currently is no longer available ANYWHERE. It was reasonably priced considering it was the only one anyone had and it is adorable. Better than imagined. I recieved my order fast, packaged wonderfully with a nice card/w note from the store that made my purchase seem a little more personal. You could tell from the card the owners enjoy selling pretty things.

GBThe ornament arrived broken The ornament arrived broken. Not to mention, it was a cheap knock off of an ornament I've seen elsewhere and assumed was the same thing I was buying. Update: they refunded me! Thanks!

GBSuper experience! Very apt descriptions of merchandise, great prices, and fast delivery. Customer service was super! I received one wrong ornament out of six I ordered and when notified, they sent the correct one within 3 days. Other companies could take lessons from their customer service department. All of us who shop from home can appreciate a company like this!
